The Verifone MX USB Driver is Verifone's proprietary Serial Virtualization Software. It serves the purpose to establish serial communication between a USB connected pin-pad device and the Universal Transaction Gateway or UTG Stub software. Without the use of this software, the establishment of communication will never be met.

  • Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 SP1: required to install SQL Server Express on Windows XP workstations. This is already installed on Windows 7 and later and can be enabled in Windows Control Panel/Programs and Features/Turn Windows Features On or Off.
